ONVIAT designs and develops custom websites for businesses and offers a monthly service of hosting, minor changes and reporting. These terms apply to anyone who requests a website from onviat.com or hires any of those services.
When we receive your request, an expert from the team writes to you through the channel you chose and asks for your business material. With the complete material we build the website and send it finished to your phone within 48 hours. Reviewing it is free and carries no commitment: if you are not convinced, you pay nothing.
The price is fixed and set in writing before we start. There are no additional costs of any kind beyond that document. It is paid in two parts: half when you approve the website and the other half when it is published.
We include two rounds of adjustments on the delivered website. A third round, or changes outside the agreed scope, is quoted separately before it is done.
The domain is registered in your name from day one. While you keep the monthly service, we host and maintain the website. Once the website price is paid in full, the website is yours: if you ever decide to leave the service, you take it with you along with your domain, and we hand over the files and every access.
The monthly service includes hosting, minor changes requested by message and a report on the 1st of each month with visits and clicks on the contact button. You may cancel it at any time; the website remains yours.
You are responsible for the text, photos, logos and other material you send us being yours or used with permission. We do not publish prices, hours or names that you have not validated as your own.
We do everything reasonable to keep your website available and working well, but we are not liable for failures of third parties (internet providers, hosting, domain registrars) or for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is settled before the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. For any question, write to contacto@onviat.com.
